Steve Gunn is a New York guitarist and songwriter who is considered one of the great stalwarts of contemporary guitar music. With influences from blues and folk, as well as free jazz and psych, he built a unique position for himself, from which he found a steady audience for his quirky but instantly compelling folk rock with his breakthrough albums 'Way Out Weather' (2014), 'Eyes on The Lines' (2016) and 'The Unseen In Between' (2019). Despite being frequently praised by the international music press, Gunn continues to move obstinately and independently in the music field, and above all, do his own thing rock hard.

Whether solo, in duo or with ensemble, Steve Gunn is always a revelation. His warm voice and virtuoso, gently meandering guitar playing are a delight to the ear, and despite his thirst for experimentation, he remains a songwriter pur sang. His sixth solo album 'Other You' (2021) again received rave reviews and was followed by an EP 'Nakama' in 2022 where he collaborated with Circuit Des Yeux and Mdou Moctar, among others. In 2023, Gunn released the improv album 'Let the Moon Be a Planet' with David Moore of Big & Ruth. Busy gentleman, who fortunately still finds time to play live. An indispensable concert for fans of better string work!

You might know Edmund Lauret as the guitarist of Nordmann, Kosmo Sound and The Milk Factory, all established names in the Belgian scene who have been praised for their forward-thinking and cross-genre take on music. What few people know is that Edmund grew up in Newcastle, UK. His British roots are not immediately recognisable in the output of his bands, but they are in his solo work as Edmund November.

Edmund learnt the trade as a young boy in the pubs of his hometown during countless jam sessions. At eighteen, he landed in Ghent, where he quickly found his way in the local music scene. He wrote the first song for his solo project five years ago, the rest followed during the corona pandemic. In 2022, he recorded his debut in the idyllic setting of rural southern England, which unmistakably marked the organic, vintage nature of his music. Influenced by the heroes of the sixties and seventies - the music of Jimi Hendrix, Donovan, The Beatles and early Pink Floyd that he grew up with - Edmund November vacillates between psychedelic folk and melancholic pop. A dreamy musical trip!
