Cactus Muziekcentrum does not accept any ticket reservations by phone or e-mail. You can order your tickets online or buy them at one of our presale points.


Online ticket sale

  • every concert has a direct link to our ticketservice page
  • Pay online with a credit card or make a bank transfer
  • Once your payment has been verified, you can print your tickets immediately
  • There's no list of reservations available at the venue. Don't forget to bring your printed tickets, it's your only entry permit.
  • We charge administration fee per ticket.
         - Ticket < € 15: €1,5 fee
         - Ticket > €15: €2 fee
  • You can print your tickets at home, no delivery costs.

Fnac
  • Pay online with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
  • Tickets will be sent to you by post. You can also collect them at a Fnac shop of your choice.

    • Fnac charges € 1,25 commission per ticket (in case of a ticket price under € 15) or € 1,5 (for ticket prices over € 15 euro) + delivery costs

    - Tickets are sold at the bar during other Cactus concerts. We do not charge any commission.

    - In&Uit charges commission depending on the ticket price.



Cactus Vouchers

Cactus vouchers are available in variable values, starting from 5 euro. You can order them by sending an e-mail to patrick.swimberghe@cactusmusic.be. Don't forget to mention your address and the desired amount of vouchers. Once the money has been transferred to our bank account (380-0803962-97), we send you the vouchers by post.

Cactus vouchers can be used as a method of payment for all Cactus concerts (presale prices). You can combine different vouchers, but a voucher can never be exchanged for cash. A voucher is by no means a guarantee to enter a sold out concert. Make a reservation by sending an e-mail to loes@cactusmusic.be.
